У даній кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто технічне забезпечення підготовки ґрунту під посів та посів кукурудзи на зерно як одні із самих головних факторів які впливають та формують високі врожайності даної культури. В цій роботі також проаналізовано найсучасніші види технології обробітку ґрунту, а також визначено їх вплив на структуру ґрунту, збереження вологи та енергетичні витрати. Описано основні сільськогосподарські агрегати які застосовують при різних етапах підготовки поля: плуги, культиватори, борони, глибокорозпушувачі, котки. Приділено особливу увагу сівалкам точного висіву, за допомогою яких забезпечують рівномірне розміщення посівного матеріалу, оптимальну глибину загортання та дотримання норми висіву кукурудзи. Розглянуто вимоги до технічного стану машин, їх налаштування для ефективного використання під час обробітку та посіву кукурудзи на зерно.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
This qualification work considers the technical support for soil preparation for
sowing and sowing of corn for grain as one of the most important factors that
influence and form high yields of this crop. This work also analyzes the most modern
types of soil cultivation technology, and also determines their impact on soil
structure, moisture conservation and energy costs. The main agricultural units used at
different stages of field preparation are described: plows, cultivators, harrows, deep
cultivators, rollers. Special attention is also paid to precision seeders, with the help of
which they ensure uniform placement of seed material, optimal embedding depth and
compliance with the corn sowing rate. This work also considers the requirements for
the technical condition of machines, their settings for effective use during cultivation
and sowing of corn for grain.
It is concluded that the correct choice of units and technologies for soil
cultivation and corn sowing contributes to achieving the desired crop yields,
contributes to labor productivity and reducing resource costs.
