Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтовано та вдосконалено систему організації технічного обслуговування і поточного ремонту машинно-тракторного парку середнього фермерського господарства на прикладі ФГ «Мірт-агро. Проаналізовано сучасні технології ТО і ремонту, виявлено ключові проблеми: недостатнє оснащення для діагностики та ремонту імпортної техніки, нераціональну організацію процесів, значні простої в сезон через затримки ремонту. Виконано технологічні розрахунки ремонтної бази господарства. Розроблено оригінальний механічний гвинтовий знімач форсунок дизельних двигунів з комплектом конструкторської документації. Розглянуто питання охорони праці. Проведено техніко-економічні розрахунки ремонтного підрозділу господарства.

The qualification work substantiated and improved the system for organizing technical maintenance and current repairs of the machine and tractor fleet of a medium-sized farm using the example of the Mirt-agro farm. Modern technologies for maintenance and repair were analyzed, and key problems were identified: insufficient equipment for diagnostics and repair of imported equipment, irrational organization of processes, significant downtime during the season due to repair delays. Technological calculations of the farm's repair base were performed. An original mechanical screw puller for diesel engine injectors was developed with a set of design documentation. Occupational safety issues were considered. Technical and economic calculations of the farm's repair unit were carried out.
