Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено організацію технічного обслуговування та поточного ремонту машинно-тракторного парку в умовах великого сільськогосподарського підприємства ПрАТ «Райз-Максимко», чинну систему планово-попереджувального ТО, виявлено основні проблеми: висока трудомісткість ремонтів вантажної техніки, недостатня механізація окремих операцій, ризики травматизму при роботі з важкими агрегатами Досліджено склад і технічний стан машинно-тракторного парку, а також рівень забезпеченості підприємства матеріально-технічними ресурсами Виконано технологічні розрахунки ремонтної бази. Розроблено конструкторську пропозицію — спеціальний стенд для демонтажу та монтажу редукторів головної передачі середнього й заднього мостів автомобілів КамАЗ на базі редуктора ЧС-63; виконано кінематичні, енергетичні та міцнісні розрахунки, що підтверджують надійність і безпеку конструкції. Розглянуто питання охорони праці. Проведено техніко-економічні розрахунки ремонтного підрозділу господарства.

The qualification work investigated the organization of maintenance and current repairs of the machine and tractor fleet in the conditions of a large agricultural enterprise PrJSC "Rize-Maximko", the current system of planned and preventive maintenance, identified the main problems: high labor intensity of repairs of cargo vehicles, insufficient mechanization of individual operations, risks of injuries when working with heavy units. The composition and technical condition of the machine and tractor fleet were investigated, as well as the level of provision of the enterprise with material and technical resources. Technological calculations of the repair base were performed. A design proposal was developed - a special stand for dismantling and installing the main transmission gearboxes of the middle and rear axles of KamAZ vehicles based on the ChS-63 gearbox; kinematic, energy and strength calculations were performed, confirming the reliability and safety of the structure. The issue of labor protection was considered. Technical and economic calculations of the repair unit of the farm were carried out.
