Короткий опис(реферат):
Робота складається вступу та чотирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технологічно-організаційного, економічного та двох додатків.
Архітектурно-конструктивний розділ. Розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі.
Розрахунково-конструктивний розділ. Виконано розрахунок фундаментів, клеєфанерної плити покриття та клеєфанерної балки покриття.
Розділ технології та організації будівельного виробництва.
Визначено умови будівництва, описано технологію виконання основних будівельних робіт, складено технологічну карту на монтаж стінових панелей; розроблено календарний графік будівництва та будівельний генеральний план.
Економічний розділ. Складено локальні кошториси: №1 ‒ на виконання загальнобудівельних робіт, №2 ‒ на санітарно-технічні роботи, №3 ‒ на електротехнічні роботи. Також розроблено об’єктний кошторис та зведений кошторисний розрахунок вартості будівництва. Додатково визначено основні техніко-економічні показники об’єкта.

Суть розробки, основні результати:
The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters (architectural and structural, structural design and calculations, construction technology and organization, and economic), and two appendices.
Architectural and Structural Chapter. Architectural, space-planning, and structural solutions for the building were developed.
Structural Design and Calculations Chapter. Calculations were performed for the foundations, glued plywood roof slab, and glued plywood roof beam.
Construction Technology and Organization Chapter. Construction conditions were determined, the technology of the main construction works was described, a technological process chart for the installation of wall panels was prepared, and a construction schedule and construction site master plan were developed.
Economic Chapter. Local cost estimates were prepared: No. 1 for general construction works, No. 2 for sanitary and technical works, and No. 3 for electrical works. In addition, an object cost estimate and a consolidated construction cost estimate were developed. The main technical and economic indicators of the project were also determined.
The appendices include: a warehouse facilities calculation sheet (Appendix 1) and a package of cost-estimating documentation (Appendix 2).
