dc.description	The principle of the system for monitoring the movement of dogs evacuated from border areas has been expanded. Descriptions of the main postulates of the implementation of the first stage of forming a system for monitoring the movement of dogs evacuated from border areas. This stage creates an information basis for further evacuation and ensures the accumulation of reliable data about creatures that require assistance. The formulation has entered the final stage of evacuation of the dog population. This effective organization ensures the safe movement of animals and forms the basis for subsequent stages of time-bearing and subdivision at the septum. The sequence of placing animals in a safe place for temporary recuperation has been revealed. It allows you to systematize information about the animals’ condition, ensure proper inspection and preparation of animals before further transfer to a stationary installation. Descriptions of the stage of division of animals at stationary entrances, including outside borders. This includes information, logistics and organizational components, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal distribution of rescued dogs. Formulation of a complex of approaches to control the population flow at stationary annexes. It will provide long-term information support for evacuated dogs and is a key element of the ongoing life cycle monitoring. It also allows you to maintain the relevance of the data, promotes insight into the processes of maturation of animals and creates the basis for the further development of the monitoring system.	uk_UA

Розроблена принципова схема системи моніторингу переміщення собак, що евакуйовані з прикордонних територій. Описані основні постулати реалізації І етапу формування системи моніторингу переміщення собак, що евакуйовані з прикордонних територій. Цей етап створює інформаційну основу для подальшої евакуації та забезпечує накопичення достовірних даних про тварин, які потребують допомоги. Сформулювані заходи під час етапу здійснення евакуації поголів’я собак. Його ефективна організація забезпечує безпечне переміщення тварин та формує основу для подальших етапів тимчасового утримання та розподілу у притулки. Розкрита послідовність розміщення тварин у безпечні місця для тимчасового перебування. Він дозволяє систематизувати інформацію про стан тварин, забезпечити належні умови догляду та годівлі та підготувати тварин до подальшого переміщення у стаціонарні установи. Описаний етап розподілу тварин у стаціонарні притулки, у тому числі закордонні. Він поєднує інформаційні, логістичні та організаційні компоненти, забезпечуючи ефективне використання ресурсів та оптимальний розподіл евакуйованих собак. Сформульований комплекс заходів контролю за рухом поголів’я у стаціонарних притулках. Він забезпечує довгостроковий інформаційний супровід евакуйованих собак та є ключовим елементом повного життєвого циклу моніторингу.
