В даній роботі розглянуто розвиток безбар’єрного туризму в Україні, який набуває особливого значення у воєнний та поствоєнний період. Предметом дослідження є інноваційні підходи, технології та управлінські рішення щодо проєктування безбар’єрних туристичних маршрутів. Мета дослідження: обґрунтувати сучасні інноваційні підходи до створення безбар’єрних туристичних маршрутів в Україні та визначити практичні інструменти їх впровадження. Результати дослідження: уточнено концептуальні засади безбар’єрного туризму, охарактеризовано чинні бар’єри доступності в українських туристичних дестинаціях, визначено роль цифрових технологій, локальних громад та мультистейкхолдерних партнерств у створенні безбар’єрних маршрутів, запропоновано алгоритм їх проєктування. Ефективне проєктування безбар’єрних маршрутів можливе за умови інтеграції інноваційних технологій, участі громад та запозичення європейських стандартів доступності. Перспектива подальших досліджень полягає у розробленні критеріїв оцінювання якості безбар’єрних маршрутів та апробації запропонованого алгоритму на прикладі конкретних туристичних дестинацій України.

In this paper, the author states that the development of barrier-free tourism in Ukraine gains particular importance in the wartime and post-war period. Subject research: innovative approaches, technologies and managerial solutions for designing barrier-free tourist routes. The purpose of the study is to substantiate modern innovative approaches to the creation of barrier-free tourist routes in Ukraine and to identify practical instruments for their implementation. The results of the study: the conceptual foundations of barrier-free tourism have been clarified; existing accessibility barriers in Ukrainian tourist destinations have been identified; the role of digital technologies, local communities and multistakeholder partnerships in creating barrier-free routes has been explored; and an algorithm for their design has been proposed. Conclusions: efficient design of barrier-free routes is possible through the integration of innovative technologies, community participation and the adaptation of European accessibility standards. The prospect of further research lie in the development of evaluation criteria for barrier-free routes and the practical testing of the proposed algorithm using specific tourist destinations in Ukraine.
