This study examines the conceptual foundations of Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction, taking into account both historical precedents of post-war reconstruction and the latest economic theories – from Keynesianism to behavioural economics, and from institutional reforms to digital transformation. It emphasises that Ukraine’s reconstruction should not be a return to the past, but a leap into the future. By integrating the principles of sustainable development, digital transformation and the green economy, the country can not only overcome the consequences of the war, but also become a regional leader in innovation and an environmentally oriented economy.

У дослідженні розглянуто концептуальні основи післявоєнної відбудови України з урахуванням як історичних прецедентів післявоєнної реконструкції, так і новітніх економічних концепцій – від кейнсіанства до поведінкової економіки, від інституціональних реформ до цифрової трансформації. Акцентується, що відбудова України має стати не поверненням у минуле, а стрибком у майбутнє. Завдяки інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку, цифрової трансформації та зеленої економіки країна може не лише подолати наслідки війни, а й стати регіональним лідером у сфері інновацій та екологічно орієнтованої економіки.
