Abstract:
The scientific and methodological foundations for developing a roadmap for the digitalisation of management in the agricultural sector have been established, based on the «Management 4.0» concept, the TOE model and the theory of dynamic capabilities. A comprehensive diagnosis of the digital maturity of LLC «Krolevetsky feed mill» was carried out using the MIT & Capgemini matrix. An imbalance was identified between the high level of automation in production and logistics (ERP, GPS, EDO) and the critically low level of digitalisation in the financial and marketing functions, against a backdrop of prolonged losses. Technical, financial, human resource, organisational and cultural barriers to transformation were classified. A proprietary three-year digitalisation roadmap (2026–2028) was proposed, aimed at end-to-end system integration, the implementation of BI analytics, the development of digital competencies, and the transition to an adaptive management model.

Обґрунтовано науково-методичні засади формування дорожньої карти цифровізації менеджменту в аграрному секторі на основі концепції «Менеджмент 4.0», моделі TOE та теорії динамічних спроможностей. Проведено комплексну діагностику цифрової зрілості ТОВ «Кролевецький комбікормовий завод» за матрицею MIT & Capgemini. Виявлено дисбаланс між високим рівнем автоматизації виробництва й логістики (ERP, GPS, ЕДО) та критично низькою цифровізацією фінансового контуру та маркетингу в умовах тривалої збитковості. Класифіковано технічні, фінансові, кадрові, організаційні та культурні бар'єри трансформації. Запропоновано авторську трьохрічну дорожню карту цифровізації (2026-2028 рр.), спрямовану на наскрізну інтеграцію систем, упровадження BI-аналітики, розвиток цифрових компетенцій та перехід до адаптивної моделі управління.
