Abstract:
Description:
In the context of decentralization of management, deepening of spatial planning processes and the need for post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the problem of rational use and protection of land resources of territorial communities is of particular relevance. Land is a basic natural and production resource that determines the economic capacity of communities, ecological stability of territories and the possibility of implementing the principles of sustainable development. At the same time, military actions have led to significant violations of soil cover, land degradation, land mining and transformation of traditional land use patterns, which necessitates the revision of the existing structure of agricultural lands.
