Abstract:
Description:
The transformation of agricultural lands is an important process of changing the structure and methods of land use under the influence of natural, economic and anthropogenic factors. It has a significant impact on the ecological state of territories, in particular on soil fertility, erosion levels, biodiversity and the stability of agricultural landscapes. The conversion of arable land into pastures or hayfields contributes to the restoration of soil cover and the conservation of natural resources, while intensive monoculture farming can lead to soil degradation and environmental pollution. At the same time, the economic feasibility of the transformation depends on the profitability of various forms of land use, investment costs and state support. A comprehensive assessment of environmental and economic consequences allows ensuring rational use of land, combining economic benefits with environmental protection and sustainable development of rural areas.
