В статті розглянута ідея залучення аграрними підприємствами капіталу на фондових ринках. Зокрема розглянуто сучасний стан інвестиційного ринку в аграрному секторі України, визначено переваги використання IPO. Досліджено вимоги Варшавської фондової біржі до лістингу та визначено можливості виходу українських аграрних підприємств на WSE. Сформовано етапи проведення IPO вітчизняними аграрними підприємствами. В статье рассмотрена идея привлечения аграрными предприятиями капитала на фондовых рынках. В частности проанализировано состояние инвестиционного рынка в аграрном секторе Украины, определены преимущества использования IPO. Исследованы требования Варшавской фондовой биржи к листингу та обозначены возможности выхода украинских аграрных предприятий на WSE. Сформированы этапы проведения IPO отечественными аграрными компаниями.

The development of agricultural enterprises is largely determined by the level of provision of financial resources. Today, international stock markets are not sufficiently widely used by Ukrainian companies to attract more investment, but given the interest of investors to agrarian sector of Ukraine, including Polish, research topic is relevant. The possibility attraction of additional financial resources by the mechanism of the securities issue are considered. Within this benefits IPO are defined. Ukrainian agricultural enterprises choosing an IPO, mainly oriented to the condition that the offer Warsaw (WSE) and Vienna (Wiener Börse AG) stock exchanges. The basic characteristics of the WSE are researched. The stages IPO are determined, including: initial period of IPO; preparing proposals; marketing period; listing; completion of transactions. The requirements on the Main List WSE IPO for Ukrainian agricultural enterprises are showed.
