Статтю присвячено теоретичним питанням історичного досвіду та сучасному стану аграрної політики України. Виділено три основних етапи аграрної реформи. Виділено труднощі в проведенні аграрної реформи та зазначені їх причини. Охарактеризовано основні законодавчі акти щодо аграрної політики держави. Наведено результати реформування аграрного сектору економіки. Статья посвящена теоретическим вопросам исторического опыта и современному состоянию аграрной политики Украины. Выделено три основных этапа аграрной реформы. Выделены трудности в проведении аграрной реформы с указанием их причин. Охарактеризованы основные законодательные акты относительно аграрной политики государства. Приведены результаты реформирования аграрного сектора экономики.

The article is devoted to theoretical questions of historical experience and current state of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. Agricultural policy is very voluminous concept. It includes the aspects of land, environmental, social, economic, institutional, technological and other areas of the policy. There are three major phases of agrarian reform by the chronological grounds. The first phase was an evolutionary and covered the 1990th years. The second phase was more intense and began in the third millennium (2000-2004 years). The third phase is related to the process of formation and functioning agricultural land market and complying the rules with norms of the World Trade Organization mechanisms of state supporting of producers and recognition of Ukraine as a market economy country. We can state the fact that agricultural policy of Ukraine has undergone a significant transformation for the period of independence. The new forms of management in the country and focusing on a significant amount of land to large agricultural entities are primarily confirm.
