Determination of potential possibilities of food supply by grain products in the conditions of sustainable development of the region

Abstract

The monograph explains the potential of the region in relation to the production of grain products. The priority directions of development in the self-provision of food products in the region are proposed due to increased grain sales, given the defined food production potential and increasing the efficiency of agricultural land use. The functional structure of the cluster of sustainable development of grain production is substantiated and the effectiveness of cooperative links in it is determined. В монографії визначено потенційні можливості регіону стосовно виробництва зернової продукції. Запропоновано пріоритетні напрями розвитку в самозабезпеченні регіону продовольчою продукцією через збільшення реалізації зерна, з огляду на визначений продовольчий потенціал виробництва та підвищення ефективності використання сільськогосподарських угідь. Обґрунтовано функціональну структуру кластера сталого розвитку зерновиробництва та визначено ефективність кооперативних ланок у ньому.
