Abstract:
Метою статті є обґрунтування основних концептуальних положень для визначення територіального розвитку регіонального землекористування. Відповідно до мети, вирішено такі завдання: обґрунтування теоретичних положень, визначено територіальний розвиток регіонального землекористування; особливості територіального розвитку регіонального землекористування; формування гіпотез про вплив простору, міські, інвестиційні та екологічні фактори.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the basic conceptual provisions for determining the territorial development of regional land use. In accordance with the purpose, the following tasks have been solved: substantiation of theoretical provisions for determining the territorial development of regional land use; determination of features of territorial development of regional land use; formation of hypotheses on the influence of spatial, urban, investment and environmental factors.
