У сучасних умовах формування напруженості землекористування, їх охорона та раціональне використання має особливе значення. В останні роки вплив антропогенних факторів на всі посилилися природні процеси, у тому числі земельні ресурси. У цьому контексті слід вказати виключається нераціональне використання земель, що призводить до їх деградації, причиною чого є надмірна площа земель, обмежене використання органічних і мінеральних добавок, недостатня охорона земель агро-меліоративні заходи та низька якість технологій використання земель.

In recent years, the impact of anthropogenic factors on all intensified natural processes, including land resources.
