Relevance of business responsibility in the field of human rights protection during the pandemic period

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the study of the international business structures’ responsibility for the abidance of human rights during the pandemic period, the formation of the corporate responsibility concept, issues of regulation of liability at different levels. The author analyzed foreign experience and identified the stimulating factors for the abidance of human rights by business. Тези присвячено дослідженню відповідальності міжнародних бізнес-структур за дотримання прав людини під час пандемії, формуванню поняття корпоративної відповідальності, питанням регулювання відповідальності на різних рівнях. Автор проаналізував закордонний досвід та визначив стимулюючі чинники дотримання бізнесом прав людини.
