Abstract:
В роботі розглянуто результати дослідження ефекту анізотропного магнітоопору (AMR) в плівках пермалою 50Н, який є одним з матеріалів для виготовлення магнітних датчиків. Показано звʼязок зміни опору з процесами перебудови магнітної доменної структури плівки. Вказано на можливість застосування залежності опору зразка в магнітному полі для оцінки параметрів магнітних датчиків.

The paper examines the results of the study of the effect of anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) in 50H permalloy films, which is one of the materials for the manufacture of magnetic sensors. The relationship between the change in resistance and the processes of reconstruction of the magnetic domain structure of the film is shown. The possibility of using the dependence of the resistance of the sample in the magnetic field to estimate the parameters of magnetic sensors is indicated.
