Abstract:
Даний матеріал присвячений актуальній темі модернізації виробництва в умовах високої конкуренції на ринку зернової продукції. Розглядається можливість впровадження зерноочисної машини БСХМ-16 на ТОВ «ФІРМА ДІАМАНТ ЛТД» у м. Полтава для підвищення ефективності очистки вівса. Проаналізовано технічні характеристики машини, її продуктивність, енергоефективність та можливості інтеграції в існуючий технологічний процес. Дослідження показало, що впровадження БСХМ-16 дозволить значно підвищити якість очистки вівса, збільшити продуктивність та покращити конкурентоспроможність підприємства. Наголошується на необхідності ретельного планування інтеграції та навчання персоналу для успішного впровадження нового обладнання.

This material is devoted to the topical topic of modernization of production in conditions of high competition in the grain market. The possibility of introducing the grain cleaning machine BSHM-16 at LLC "FIRMA DIAMANT LTD" in Poltava to increase the efficiency of oat cleaning is considered. The technical characteristics of the machine, its productivity, energy efficiency and possibilities of integration into the existing technological process are analyzed. The study showed that the introduction of BSHM-16 will significantly improve the quality of oat cleaning, increase productivity and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The need for careful planning of integration and training of personnel for the successful implementation of new equipment is emphasized.
