Метою дослідження був аналіз сучасних інноваційних трендів у розробці безалкогольних напоїв. Встановлено, що на сьогоднішній день основною тенденцією розвитку ринку безалкогольних напоїв є розроблення і впровадження технологій на основі екстрактів різноманітної рослинної сировини.
