Abstract:
The qualification work considers the essential nature of
service promotion management in an enterprise; the definitions of «service» and
«service promotion management in an enterprise» are considered; it is emphasized
that for the service sector the 4Ps are expanded to 7Ps; the methodology for
assessing the management of service promotion in an enterprise is determined.
The general organizational and economic characteristics of the Deutsche Post
DHL Group (Germany) are provided; the status of management of the main
services of the enterprise is analysed; the status of service promotion management
in the Deutsche Post DHL Group is monitored; a SWOT analysis of the Deutsche
Post DHL Group is presented.
Suggestions for improving the management of service promotion in the
Deutsche Post DHL Group are provided.

управління просування послуг на підприємстві; розглянуто дефініції
«послуга» та «управління просування послуг на підприємстві»; наголошено,
що для сфери послуг 4Р розширюються до 7Р; визначено методику оцінки
управління просуванням послуг на підприємстві.
Надано загальну організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності
Deutsche Post DHL Group (Germany); проаналізовано стан управління
основними послугами підприємства; здійснено моніторинг стану управління
просуванням послуг в Deutsche Post DHL Group; приведено SWOT-аналіз
Deutsche Post DHL Group.
Надані пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управління просуванням послуг
в Deutsche Post DHL Group.
