Abstract:
Розглянуто питання мотивації праці як засобу підвищення ефективності управління бізнес-процесами. Досліджено основні завдання та результати матеріальної та моральної мотивації через вивчення літературних джерел. Зроблено висновок, що ефективне функціонування підприємства, в тому числі й медичної установи, залежить від обґрунтованої системи управління персоналом. Сучасна система управління персоналом підприємства має базуватися на системах мотивації та стимулювання персоналу. Дієвий механізм мотивації та стимулювання персоналу дає можливість сформувати вмотивованого працівника. Цілі підприємства будуть досягнуті за умов розвитку персоналу, який є умотивованим на досягнення цих цілей підприємства, і потреби якoго задоволені шляхoм застосування як матеріальних, так і нематеріальних методів мотивації та стимулювання праці.

The issue of work motivation as a means of increasing the efficiency of business process management is considered. The main tasks and results of material and moral motivation are studied through the study of literary sources. It was concluded that the effective functioning of the enterprise, including the medical institution, depends on a well-founded personnel management system. The modern personnel management system of the enterprise should be based on systems of motivation and stimulation of personnel. The effective mechanism of motivation and stimulation of personnel makes it possible to form a motivated employee. The goals of the enterprise will be achieved under the conditions of the development of personnel who are motivated to achieve these goals of the enterprise, and whose needs are satisfied through the use of both material and non-material methods of motivation and stimulation of work.
