Одним з пріоритетних напрямків розвитку асортименту макаронів є виготовлення виробів із підвищеною харчовою та біологічною цінністю за рахунок застосування нетрадиційної сировини. Дикорослі ягоди є джерелом біологічно активних речовин. Вони мають доведений позитивний фізіологічний вплив на організм людини. В якості сировини для виробництва рослинних харчових добавок запропоновано використовувати похідні переробки обліпихи звичайної Hippophae rhamnoides L.

Wild berries are a source of biologically active substances. They have a proven positive physiological effect on the human body. It is proposed to use the derivatives of sea buckthorn processing Hippophae rhamnoides L. as raw materials for the production of herbal food supplements.
