В першому розділі здійснено опис діяльності комунального підприємства СМР «Електроавтотранс», перелічено маршрути та рухомий склад, проаналізовано ефективність використання рухомого складу, обґрунтовано актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. В другому розділі записано результати обстеження пасажиропотоків за маршрутом: №4 «Залізничний вокзал – Аеропорт». Проведено нормування швидкостей руху тролейбусів на маршруті. Визначено фактичного числа тролейбусів і розподіл їх по змінах. Розраховано техніко-експлуатаційні показники за день, рік та середні техніко- експлуатаційні показники за маршрутами. Розраховано економічні показники підприємства, де показано покращення роботи підприємства після удосконалення організаційного процесу. В третьому розділі наведено вимоги щодо безпеки під час експлуатації тролейбусів, правила пожежної безпеки та безпеку на дорозі. В четвертому розділі розраховано економічні показники підприємства, де показано покращення роботи підприємства після удосконалення організаційного процесу.
