Одним із вагомих ознак ефективної діяльності закладу гостинності є виконання плану по модернізації готельного підприємства. Конкурентні вимоги змушують готелі шукати сучасні способи підвищення привабливості та доступності своїх послуг. Проте українські готельні компанії часто недооцінюють значення інноваційного менеджменту, що веде до зниження їх конкурентоспроможності, порушення принципів управління та погіршення якості готельних послуг. Впровадження нововведень у готельній сфері є важливим рушієм розвитку, що дозволяє компаніям не тільки займати провідні позиції на ринку, а й відповідати міжнародним стандартам обслуговування.

One of the important signs of the effective operation of a hospitality establishment is the implementation of a plan for the modernization of the hotel enterprise. Competitive requirements force hotels to look for modern ways to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of their services. However, Ukrainian hotel companies often underestimate the importance of innovative management, which leads to a decrease in their competitiveness, violation of management principles and deterioration of the quality of hotel services. The introduction of innovations in the hotel sector is an important driver of development, allowing companies not only to occupy leading positions in the market, but also to meet international service standards.
