Abstract:
Метою роботи стало вивчення технології виробництва високоякісної яловичини шляхом впровадження інтенсивних технологій в вирощування м’ясної худоби. Предметом спостережень стали умови утримання, годівля, методи розведення та організаційні аспекти утримання і догляду тварин. Об’єктом досліджень стала м’ясна худоба 7 порід. Встановлені особливості формування м’ясних якостей молодняку в процесі вирощування, в залежності від генотипу, та запропоновані заходи з удосконалення технології. На основі проведених досліджень встановлено, що використання спеціалізованої м’ясної худоби, як Європейської так і вітчизняної – реальний шлях до створення галузі м’ясного скотарства, інтеграції України в міжнародний ринок високоліквідних сільськогосподарських продуктів.

The aim of the work was to study the technology of producing high-quality beef by introducing intensive technologies in the cultivation of beef cattle. The subject of observations was the conditions of maintenance, feeding, breeding methods and organizational aspects of keeping and caring for animals. The object of research was beef cattle of 7 breeds. The features of the formation of meat qualities of young animals in the process of growing, depending on the genotype, were established, and measures were proposed to improve the technology. Based on the research conducted, it was established that the use of specialized beef cattle, both European and domestic, is a real way to create a meat cattle industry, and to integrate Ukraine into the international market of highly liquid agricultural products.
