dc.description	This master’s thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the activities of hotel establishments in Ukraine under the conditions of martial law, with a focus on identifying the specific features of their functioning, key challenges, and prospects for post-war recovery. The research examines current trends in the development of the hotel industry as an integral part of the tourism infrastructure and defines the role of hotel enterprises in maintaining the socio-economic stability of regions, creating employment opportunities, and providing humanitarian support to the population displaced because of the war. The work also highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying the hotel business, clarifies the conceptual and categorical framework, and reveals the essence, classification, and organizational and economic characteristics of hotel enterprises. An analytical assessment of the current state and main development trends of the hotel industry in Ukraine has been carried out. The study identifies major transformations caused by wartime conditions, including a reduction in tourist flows, changes in demand structure, reorientation of customer segments, as well as staffing and financial difficulties. The adaptive strategies employed by hotel establishments to maintain operational stability have been examined and evaluated. Furthermore, the thesis provides practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of hotel enterprises in the post-war period. The potential for integrating international experience in restoring the hotel business under crisis conditions has been explored, with emphasis placed on the importance of partnerships between the state, business sector, and local communities in rebuilding the hospitality industry.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Дана магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню діяльності готельних закладів України в умовах воєнних дій, виявленню особливостей їх функціонування, проблемних аспектів і перспектив відновлення у післявоєнний період. У роботі розглянуто сучасні тенденції розвитку готельного господарства в кризових умовах як складової туристичної інфраструктури, визначено роль готельних підприємств у підтриманні соціально-економічної стабільності регіонів, створенні робочих місць та забезпеченні гуманітарної підтримки населення, переміщеного внаслідок війни. Також висвітлено теоретико-методичні засади дослідження готельного бізнесу, уточнено понятійно-категоріальний апарат, розкрито сутність, класифікацію та організаційно-економічні характеристики готельних закладів. В роботі проведено аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку готельного господарства України. Розкрито ключові зміни, спричинені воєнними діями: скорочення туристичних потоків, зміну структури попиту, переформатування клієнтських сегментів, кадрові та фінансові проблеми. Проведено оцінку адаптаційних стратегій, яких дотримуються готельні заклади для збереження життєздатності. В даній роботі також розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності готельних закладів у післявоєнний період. Визначено можливості інтеграції міжнародного досвіду відновлення готельного бізнесу в умовах кризи, підкреслено значення партнерства між державою, бізнесом і місцевими громадами у відновленні галузі гостинності.	uk_UA
