dc.description	Documented information is the foundation of management that determines the relevance of management. Management enterprise begins with drawing up administrative documents. Like any other activity, the work of human resources must be documented. Drawing, paperwork, work with them and storing regulated legislative and regulatory acts, implementation of which is mandatory for any human resources department of its size. Application of modern methods and tools for effective document management is critical and necessary at all stages of the workflow. From this perspective, assessment of HR management regulation to investigate and develop appropriate approaches and optimal criteria. Common questions of organization documentation management in HR enterprise management documentation tasks, the main functions of case management services are discussed in this article. Regulation is a key of the organization management. It provides an opportunity to streamline the authority and responsibility of employees define their rights and obligations. It is a powerful tool for performing control. However, in practice, often neglect to documents found. Therefore, they have systematically assessed and analyzed to detect irregularities, taking corrective action and continuous improvement, and so must meet the plant manager and authorized person or body to ensure proper performance of. Therefore, we proposed criteria which evaluates the documentation and process documents regulating staff. Systematic work in this direction will allow the leadership of the specified frequency to obtain information about operation of each process and aid will improve the quality of analytical and statistical database efficiency management decisions to optimize the development and use of personnel.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглядаються загальні питання організації документаційного управління в роботі з персоналом підприємства, задачи документаційного менеджменту, основні функції служби діловодства. Запропоновані критерії оцінки процесу документування та основних документів, які регламентують роботу по управлінню персоналом. В статье рассматриваются общие вопросы организации документационного управления в работе с персоналом, задачи документационного менеджмента, основные функции службы делопроизводства.
