dc.description	The informative and analytical data are in the article. Informative and analytical data on the compara-tive effectiveness of different methods of prevention of reproductive ability in sows in Institute of Agricultural northeast are in the article . For the prevention of reproductive capacity on the basis of analogues were formed by 3 research groups of animals, each of which we selected 20 major sows and 10 repairs. The first group was the control, prevention measures is not carried out. In the second group of animals we injected complex vitamins tetravit in parotid intramuscularly in a dose of 5 ml single dose prostaglandin F2α analogue and estrovet intramuscularly in a dose of 1 ml once a day weaning piglets. Sows third research group con-ducted the introduction of combined hormonal drug PG-600 intramuscularly in the parotid in a dose of 5 ml per day weaning piglets. Integrated use of prostaglandins and vitamins contributed to higher fertility by 15 % in sows and 10 % in maintenance sows. Deregulation index from 1st insemination also reduced by 15 % and 10 % respec-tively. At an average of 0,2 more piglets obtained from sows per litter and 0.1 - from the first year sows and viable of them were by 6,10 % more from sows. After using the combined hormones PG-600 has registered the best performance of basic reproductive ca-pacity and repair sows. Indicator insemination sows 45 % greater than control deregulation from 1st insemination 15 % less on average 0,7 more piglets at farrowing received and 3 sows aborted less, hence less animals go to culling. In order to intensify reproductive capacity should be used in conjunction prostaglandins and vitamins. This can significantly increase performance as reproductive ability in sows and gilts and the first year sows. The best preventive and economic effect on the reproductive capacity of disorders both in primary and in the repair (verifiable) sows must use combined hormonal drug PG-600 intramuscularly at a dose of 5 ml per day weaning piglets. It allows you to increase overall fertility in sows up to 95 %, almost 50 % increase in the number of pigs received a year and significantly reduce the number of deregulation of 1st insemination.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	В роботі наведені інформативні й аналітичні дані щодопорівняльної ефективності різних методів профілактики порушень відтворної здатності у свиноматок в умовах ДПДГ Інституту сільського господарства північного сходу. Було встановлено, що застосування комбінованого гормонального препарату ПГ-600 внутрішньом’язово в дозі 5 мл в день відлучення поросят дозволяє підвищити загальний показник заплідненості у основних свиноматок до 95 %, майже на 50 % збільшити кількість отриманих за рік поросят та суттєво зменшити кількість перегулів від 1-го осіменіння. В работе приведены информативные и аналитические данные про сравнительную эффективность различных методов профилактики нарушений воспроизводительной способности у свиноматок в условиях ДПДГ Института сельского хозяйства северо-востока. Было установлено, что применение комбинированного гормонального препарата ПГ-600 внутримышечно в дозе 5 мл в день отъема поросят позволяет повысить общий показатель оплодотворяемости у основных свиноматок до 95 %, почти на 50 % увеличить количество полученных за год поросят и существенно уменьшить количество перегулов от 1-го осеменения.	uk_UK
