В аналітичній статті досліджено стан і тенденції розвитку будівельної галузі в сучасних умовах, надано характеристику можливостей зростання потенціалу будівельного підприємства, враховуючи експортно-імпортні операції по будівельним матеріалам. В аналитической статье исследовано состояние и тенденции развития строительной отрасли в современных условиях, охарактеризованы возможностей роста потенциала строительного предприятия, учитывая экспортно-импортные операции по строительным материалам.

In the article the current state of the building materials market of Ukraine were analyzed. The nature and components of the building complex of Ukraine were examined, the main and sub-products, product groups were outlined. Analyzed the characteristics and possibilities of Ukrainian company’s construction industry. The main trends in the market of building materials and markets certain industries, including ceramic and bricks, paints, ceramic plates and extraction of limestone were identified. The basic changes that have occurred in the organization of export-import activities. Analyzed the dynamics of export-import operations in the building materials. The problems that hinder the development of building materials industry and the entire building complex were described. Were identified adverse consequences suffered by the industry under the influence of the problems and the possible impact on the market in the future. Outlined possible directions of development for improvements at the industry and individual business units.
