Abstract:
Визначено природні втрати маси бульб та їх складових при зберіганні 13 перспективних сортономерів картоплі селекції Інституту проблем картоплярства Сумського національного аграрного університету, вирощених на зрошенні в умовах північно-східного Лісостепу. Визначена реакція природних втрат маси бульб досліджуваних номерів на зрошення: 31 % - слабка, 23 % - середня та 46 % - сильна. Вибір оптимального режиму вирощування картоплі дає можливість не лише підвищити урожайність бульб, але й зменшити природні втрати при тривалому зберіганні.

The aim of this research was to determine a natural weight loss of the tubers and their components during storage 13 promising sartenaer potato breeding at the Institute of potato growing of Sumy National Agricultural University, grown on irrigation in the North-Eastern forest-Steppe. Here were marked the reaction of the size of natural losses in tubers’ weights of the researched numbers on irrigation: 31 % with a weak reaction, 23 % – with intermediate and 46 % - with strong reaction. The choice of the optimal condition for growing potato gives an opportunity not just to increase crop capacity and marketability of tubers, but also to reduce quantitative and qualitative weight’s looses of tubers during the lasting storage.
