У наш час процес машинного доїння досить детально вивчений науковцями, але на виробництві оператори допускають велику кількість помилок. Операції, які виконує працівник, не завжди проходять у правильній послідовності та відповідно до інструкційно-технологічної карти, що призводить до погіршення якості продукту. У статті розглянуто порядок машинного доїння у молокопровід, раціональне використання часу оператором, акцентовано увагу на негативних наслідках, які виникають при недотриманні правил працівниками. В наше время процесс машинного доения достаточно подробно изучен учеными, но на производстве операторы допускают большое количество ошибок. Операции, которые выполняет работник, не всегда проходят в правильной последовательности и в соответствии с инструкционно-технологической картой, что приводит к ухудшению качества продукта. В статье рассмотрен порядок машинного доения в молокопровод, рациональное использование времени оператором, акцентировано внимание на негативных последствиях, которые возникают при несоблюдении правил работниками.

It should be remembered that the quality of the milk is significantly affected by the work of the milking operator. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the standards and chronometric frameworks during the milking process. In our time, the process of machine milking is studied in sufficient detail, but the production of operators is allowed a large number of errors. The operations performed by the employee are not always in the correct order and in accordance with the instructions and the technological map, which leads to deterioration of the quality of the goods. The article examines the order of machine milking in the milk pipe, the rational use of time by the operator and the emphasis on the negative consequences that arise when workers fail to comply with the rules. Compliance with the basic rules during machine milking in the milk pipeline will improve quality, increase the quantity of products, satisfactory condition of animals and streamline the workload of milking operators. It is important to remember that when milking a group of animals using two or three devices, the operation "washing", "rubbing" and "swallowing the first troughs" must be carried out continuously. This allows you to reduce the amount of bacterial contamination of milk.
