Description:
The mutual influence of the electrical and acoustic heating of a biological product on the speed of the process with infra-red convection drying has been theoretically grounded in order to intensify the process of dehydration of the product, with the aim of further use in the practice of designing and technical implementation of the method. It has been proved mathematically that the use of additional methods (electric and acoustic) in combination with the traditional gives a significant reduction in the drying time compared to each of the individual species. It is determined that the process of the influence of electric and acoustic methods on the duration of drying is oscillatory, indicating that the change in the parameters of one or another of the types of additional methods (voltage, current, frequency - in an electrical method, or intensity, frequency - with acoustic) you can adjust the duration of the process of its energy consumption and automate the drying process itself. The obtained results of theoretical research provide the preconditions for preparation and conducting of corresponding experimental researches.
